Sean Pollock
Sean started River Valley Lacrosse in 2017 with one High School team and changed the name to Grey Duck Lacrosse in 2018.
Coach Pollock played professional lacrosse for 12 years. He is a former player for the Minnesota Swarm and played for Colorado, Calgary, and Arizona over his 12 year NLL career. He enjoyed an outstanding career which includes having scored more than 500 points (200 goals and 300 assists) and twice has been named an NLL top 50 player, and a Canadian National Championship (Mann Cup) in 2005 with the Victoria Shamrocks
Before his career with the Swarm, Sean played minor lacrosse for the Wallaceburg Griffins and Junior A for the Kitchener Waterloo Braves and Burlington Chiefs.
Current Shakopee Youth Lacrosse Director in addition to being the Director of Grey Duck Lacrosse.
Sean and his family currently reside in Prior Lake, MN.

Jon Harris
Jon Harris has been an avid athlete since a young age, participating in a variety of sports such as football, baseball, basketball, hockey, wrestling, and lacrosse. His passion for sports and athleticism led him to focus on lacrosse during his college years. After graduation, Jon remained connected to the sport by taking on coaching roles at various levels, including youth, high school, and college. Over the past 20 years, Jon has significantly impacted the lacrosse community through his coaching and leadership skills, as he served as an association leader for a youth lacrosse program. His dedication and passion for sports have inspired many young athletes and made him a well-respected figure in the lacrosse community.
At Grey Duck, Jon's primary focus is on the Youth Programs and the overall development of players and programs. Originally from Maryland, Jon resides in Bloomington, MN, with his wife, Krista, and their four children.
Cayla Jungwirth
Cayla is currently attending St. Catherine University to obtain her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She graduated from Concordia University, St. Paul in 2025, where she served as a team captain for the women’s lacrosse program (NCAA D2). Prior to joining CSP, Cayla competed for two years at Kent State University (NCAA D1).
Before her collegiate career, Cayla showcased her skills at Bloomington Jefferson High School, where she led her team in both assists and goals. Her lacrosse journey began in 7th grade with the Bloomington Youth Lacrosse Association.
For eight years, Cayla coached with BYLA, helping lead teams to tremendous success, including a state championship in 2022 and a state runner-up finish in 2023. She is currently serving as the Girls Varsity Assistant Coach at Shakopee High School.
Cayla currently resides in Bloomington and is passionate about continuing to grow the game of lacrosse while pursuing her career in physical therapy.
